[#AD] Baked Oats - who’s tried this trend and what feel good ingredients would you add if you haven’t? Thought I’d hop on the trend for this #AveenoAmbassador post as it’s a bit healthier than normal cake with all the oaty goodness.. and you can have it for breakfast! Oats are a prebiotic (food for the good bacteria) so eating oats is great for gut health which impacts so much including our skin health. I decided to add feel good matcha and white chocolate to mine of course but here’s the recipe for 2 portions inspired by @tazxbakes: 🌾🌾🌾 Ingredients: • 140g oats (blended for smoother consistency) • 1.5 tsp baking powder • pinch of salt • matcha (optional) • 1 tbsp sugar (optional) • 100ml milk (I used oat but any will work) • 2 tsp vanilla extract • chocolate or fruit (optional) 🌾🌾🌾 1. Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5 (190 degrees fan oven) 2. Add baking powder, salt and sugar/matcha if using to the oats. 3. Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix. 4. Pour into a ramekin and add chocolate if desired 5. Bake for 10 mins 6.
