Topanga Mushroom Camp 2024 ⚡️🍄💜☔️🎺🌈 I would like to give an extra special THANK YOU shout out to the fabulous groups we had over the course of last weekend! Bravo to us, for pulling off our very first Topanga Mushroom Camp weekend! This event would not have happened without YOUR continued support, so I want you all to know, you are all part of my family and my community now, and the mushroom spirits have our back 💪🏽 🍄 1. We found local fungi’s in their natural habitat. 2. We learned how to prepare substrate and convert oyster mushroom spawn into a mushroom grow bag to grow mushrooms at home with @lamushco 3. We learned how to make earthy dye pigments in a mushroom dyers workshop with @rootedbotanics 4. And then we feasted on a gourmet farm&forest to table, mushroom themed meal, prepared by the one, the only, mushroom man extraordinaire 🧙🏼‍♂️ Much has been discussed for future offerings, and projects in the works. Much has been on my mind regarding new creative and relevant ways to bring these offerings to the community and to the youth. There is much yet to do, yet there is so much inherent goodness, right here in THIS moment we share together. The charge and the pulse of positive energy is buzzing all around us. My heart is full and feeling inspired and tomorrow’s a brand new day. So while the work is never finished, our work together regarding this chapter is now complete, and we can turn the page for what’s next to come. So thank you for that 🙏🏽 Let’s bring something powerful and wonderful to the community! The power of connectivity!
