Oxford in October 🍂 A day I’ll never forget from our time in England. When I asked Ryan what his *dream* day would be to celebrate turning 40 and officially being 5 (+!) years cancer free, he said he’d love to visit Oxford to see where the greats (and his favorites) C.S. Lewis and Tolkien studied, taught, and wrote. I tucked that little detail away, hoping one day I could make it happen. Fast forward a year, and there we were, walking the cobblestone streets on a private tour through Oxford. It was so special watching him in his element, truly one of my favorite days ever. Our time at Oxford was the whole reason we crossed the pond, and it did not disappoint. He was in absolute literary heaven! Such a fun day.
