This is my 5th time doing the @Elissa Goodman 5 day cleanse and i couldnt recommend more 🥕 it’s all fresh organic vegan ingredients and dropped off twice a week so nothings sitting in the fridge too long 🥣 i love to do it when i have a busy week so i dont have to think about planning healthy meals and i honestly never feel depleted or deprived.
