Bens favorite dinner out of all the meals I make!! shoutout @TONI PANNY who posted this recipe last year and now we make it literally once a week🤤 SRIRACHA HONEY MEATBALLS: Meatball Recipe - You can totally buy frozen meatballs but I’m a freak about my meat so I like to make them at home (I eyeball measurements...I promise you it does not need to be perfect!) -ground turkey -panko crumbs -onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper -1 egg Ball it up and put it in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. SAUCE RECIPE: (aka best part of this recipe. This is the sauced doubled and how I like to make it! If you don’t want it as saucy, halve the recipe): -3 cloves garlic -1 tbsp ginger Coat meatballs in garlic and ginger. In seperate bowl, mix together: -1/2 cup soy sauce -4 tbsp rice vinegar -6 tbsp honey -4 tsp sesame oil -4 tbsp sriracha Dump over meatballs. Cook for 10ish minutes until sauce is thicker.
