Sometimes we just need permission to break down, to really let go, to come apart and be dissembled, so that we can break through, be lifted up, and come together in a new and loving form to move forward 💛 This past year I had a wake up call and it was the catalyst to truly begin my healing journey. For the first time in my life, I’m seeing the fruit of the labor I’ve put into therapy and have been experiencing life on a whole different level. Therapy is SO WORTH IT, friends!!
