New Project: Nike Air Adjust Force Promo Posters, @AMBUSH_official x @NIKE NITE SPORT x @yoon_ambush x SWISS GRIT _ _ Backstory from Yoon - the sneaker designer - ‘Originally released in 1996, the #AirAdjustForce became a cult favourite basketball sneaker, beloved for its customizable options. For contemporary times, we recontextualized the shoe as a symbol of subcultural collectivism and elevated the performance footwear to expanded realms of night sport culture, both for on-and-off-court expression.’ _ _ Poster 1 was predominantly created with Tippex/White-Out/Liquid Paper. It took me 9 bottle’s and 14 type lasers to get the one that worked. The type for Poster 2 was made with Sellotape - layering and deconstructing the main type that I originally set on screen and laser printed. All the secondary type was created on individual sheets, scanned in as separate elements and built on my Surface Studio.
