@Enchroma has declared September as International Color Blindness Awareness Month! Did you know? One in 10 men (8%) and one in 200 women (.5%) are color blind and 13 million people in the US, 30 million in Europe and 350 million worldwide are color blind. At work, school, in daily life, or when exploring nature or viewing artwork, it can be difficult for them to see red or green or any colors containing them. That’s why The Vision Council supports educating the public about color blindness and its effects.
