Silicon Valley has a New Rooftop Restaurant and it’s called @JOEY Restaurants at Valley Fair Mall. It’s a Canadian chain with over 30 locations and it’s a great food addition. I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did because I feel like quality and service declines when restaurants become chains but this was pretty good to be one. My only critique is that they aren’t dog friendly when they have an outdoor patio area (which bothered me a bit) but also understandable.
