🔥Cuerito Relleno basically translates to stuffed Pigskin. It’s a Puerto Rican dish that has somehow been kept secret from the rest of the world! It’s an unbelievably delicious recipe. Down in Puerto Rico they stuff them with lots of different things. Beef, fish, chicken, grains, or a mix of them all! I decided to make a Spanish rice and pork belly filling for mine and it turned out amazing. Usually with recipes like this I practice before I film, but this one came out perfect first try and was a lot easier than it looks! The hardest part was making the holes for the sewing needle to fit through.
