Here’s a little clip from my world...this one is from sound check for our Chicago show to close out the last tour leg. Part of the homework I give myself is improving posture, playing relaxed, and getting out of my own way. Pilates has helped immensely (thank you @kypilatesgirl!!), both in terms of core strength and body awareness. Anyway, if you all dig reels like this I’ll make more.
