I think the saddest part to me is learning that his mom is a physicist... to be raised by a successful, intelligent woman to then stand up there and discount the success of the women graduating that day is so sad and embarrassing. Women are capable of doing whatever they want — if that is a mother and/or “homemaker” then that is wonderful and great... if it is to have a career, that is also wonderful... if its both.. also great... but to pigeonhole us into ONLY one thing or to place the value of one accomplishment over the other is a disgrace... #womeninstem #harrisonbutker #fyp
