When I was visiting in April last year, I decided let’s go on a Monday in the morning and bam we showed up to them in the process of cleaning and emptying it. So here’s the lowdown ⤵️ 🧹 Cleaning Time The fountain is typically cleaned daily, often in the early mornings. Avoid visiting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM to avoid crowds and the cleaning crew. Also, common days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The cleaning involves removing debris and, most importantly, collecting the coins thrown into the fountain. 🕝 Peak Times Mid-morning to late afternoon are the busiest times. Expect large crowds and long lines. So when’s the best time to go? Arrive before 7:00 AM for fewer crowds like I’m talking 5:00 AM, or after 9:00 PM, crowds will likely thin out significantly. 💡 PRO TIP! Check for any special events or closures before your visit.
