Here's some things to mention: ▶️ We're implementing new technologies that allow us to serve you better and more efficiently ▶️ We can now track and charge the exact amount of product used during your appointments, this allows us to digitally save your formulas for future appointments ▶️ My labor/ base cost is X amount and the product cost will vary depending how much is used during your appointment, but you can expect it to range from $A to $B (Consultations are 🔑) Being clear, direct, and kind when communicating these changes is something your client's will appreciate and understand.
