đŁLet's talk: SLEEPY TIME đ´ ft. @_janetdoeshairđđž
Sleeping in a protective style is one of the most important parts of your home care routine with extensions. You always want to make sure your hair is secured before going to bed at night to keep the hair healthy & free of breakage. These are a few of my go to sleep styles â
âLOOSE BRAID ⢠this is how I sleep 95% of the time! I like to pull my braid to the side because I sleep on my back but you can have the braid fall wherever is comfortable. The key is too keep it LOOSE so it doesnât cause creasing in the style and you brush and go in the morning.
âLOW BUN ⢠a low bun will help keep everything secure and hold in place the nape area (which tends to get the most tangled when sleeping).
âROPE BRAID ⢠this is a great alternative for all my girls who struggle with braiding their own hair! A rope braid is just 2 pieces of hair overlapping. Keep this loose as well so you donât distrust your style for the next day.
âĄď¸PRO TIP â only use a soft scrunchy or invisibobble hair tie to prevent breakage and creasing in the hair
