Race day is right around the corner for ambassador @lizzyontherun. Later this month she will be racing the Space Coast Marathon, a beautiful race on the water in Cocoa, Florida. During Lizzy’s last training cycle she will be focusing on rest and recovery to prevent burnout, along with her normal runs and strength training. Lizzy’s long term goal is to one day qualify for the Boston Marathon and we have no doubt she will conquer this goal! #nathansports #inspiredbythejourney
