@teambrightman client turned @teambrightman coach 🫡 14 months between these shots and a whole lot of tissue added to a very big frame. @mirin.max is under no illusion of how much work still needs doing to get right to where he wants to be, but we're well on our way. Max is impatient, much like many people when it comes to their physique progression, but we've learned so much about where he performs and develops best, and I'm confident we're doing all we can to maximise that potential now. We had a big, aggressive push between these pics, followed by a tidy up, and now a less aggressive push, but this latest phase is where he feels he performs the best, and the better the body composition, the less fat we have to take off when the time comes to prep 🙏🏼 And when we do prep, it's gonna be special. 🌪
