DAY 3 FULL BODY FRIDAY 🤍 Today’s gym ‘fit brought to you by @aoxjox & lemme tell you I felt cuuuuuuute in it 😇 (🔗 on my Amzn and #LTKit) ☁️ BACK SQUAT 3x8, 2x6, 2x4, 1x2-3 (increasing) ☁️ LEG PRESS 10x10 (increase halfway & last set) ☁️ SEATED ROWS 4x6 (heavy) ☁️ CABLE TRICEP EXTENSION 4x10 ☁️ LATERAL RAISE 5,8,10 (dropset) ☁️ DUAL ARM DB CURLS 3x8 This workout was insane, I really pushed myself on weight and didn’t even realize until after that I burned 500 calories - that’s a huge # for me with just lifting!
