It is always such a joy to discover @jparkato’s @atomixnyc exquisite Korean creations, described in the beautifully designed menu cards. Not to mention @eparkato, @jhonelfaelnar’s warm hospitality.
To quote JP “By studying the past, we can learn about how we arrived at the present day, and are able to imagine what the future could look like. This is the way we inspire the present.” The idea of being “the bridge between the past and the future” has always greatly inspired me.
I’m really liking the ongoing multiple birthday celebrations, just as @stephaniegoto joined me to cheer our dear friend @kjw. I mean how joyous do we all look in the last slide 💫♥️
Menu highlights:
- MAESIL, sugar snap pea, ginger, chopi.
- SWEET SHRIMP, green asparagus, dashima, bone marrow.
- RED PEPPER, jellyfish, quail egg, pine nut milk.
- BUTTERFISH, eggplant naengguk, miyeok, chervil.
- LANGOUSTINE, golden kaluga caviar, Celtics, gim.
- SEA CUCUMBER, Jidan, gochujaru, shrimp; squash stem rice, dubujang.
- BURDOCK, truffle, Jocheong, ricotta.
On display are the delicately illustrated menu cards.
I’ve discovered so many wine gems thanks to Jhonel, and here he introduced us to this very special champagne by @paulinecollinbereche , extremely delicious and so well made. Yes, from the dear @bereche_champagne_officiel @raphabereche family.
As always, I can’t wait to be back at Atomix. Always love my dinners at @atoboynyc, and I’m really looking forward to discovering the soon to open @naro.nyc. This team is all about excellence.
