IN RESPECT OF THE QUEEN. As we all know our queen will be laid to rest on Monday, so as a show of respect we will not be opening for business. However from the hours of 9am - 11am we will open the doors to allow whoever wants to train themselves to come down and use the gym, hit the bags and have a sweat. Please book this session online, it is free but we need to know who is coming. 2 bookable slots 9 - 10 and 10 - 11. With the funeral starting at 11 it’ll give everyone a chance to have a workout beforehand if they are tuning in. 💜
