Secured 3rd place at 2025 IPF Open World Championships! ~~~~~~~~ Squat: 212.5kg • 468lb Bench: 127.5kg • 281lb Deadlift: 247.5kg • 545lb ~~~~~~~~~ Total: 587.5kg BW: 58.2kg • 128lb DOTS: 509 ~~~~~~~~~ This is my 20th meet in nearly 7 years of competing. Not my best meet but I’m honored for the opportunity to represent @usvipowerlifting and still place #3 in the world on a pretty subpar day for myself. I feel like I did a good job controlling what I could coming into this meet. This was one of the best training preps I’ve had coming into a competition. Weight cut was also one of the easiest I’ve had in years. Unfortunately, I had to go to the emergency room 8 days out for an accident that left me concussed and also injured my lower back and neck. I decided to show up for the meet anyway and see what I could do with some resilience and lots of ibuprofen 😂 Really proud of all the competitors that showed up and thankful for my support network of friends and family that worked behind the scenes to make this possible for me.
