But my secret is I use them on my smile lines too. They are a combination of serum and micro-needling patches together so the ingredients penetrate the skin. I usually sleep in them overnight to get the maximum effect. I apply their serum first (you could use any serum ) and let it dry then apply the patches. I’m almost out so I need to order more.
