Whew yall... October was BUSY! Busy but exciting! I can’t wait to continue sharing all I’ve been up to this month! To kick things off, I had the honor of speaking at the @AAIM Beauty Summit at the @AC Hotels in the National Harbor. I joined the Bottled Intentions panel to discuss what it really takes to bring a successful beauty brand to market. I shared one of my favorite reminders for founders and product developers alike: every product you create should fill a true need in the industry. That means focusing on effective ingredients, new approaches, and innovation.
