There are some new friends here, so I thought I would say hello and answer some questions đđž
Thanks for finding me!
The beautiful thing about this community is that it can connect you with people you wouldnât of met otherwise.
We all have a story, mine just replaced a few chapters and took a few turns.
Iâve had moderate to severe Crohns for the most part of my life. Been on many medications and tried every diet and naturopathic option.
Had my surgery in 2019 where Stanley (my stoma) was born.
Since then, I have been symptom and medication free, and have been given an opportunity to be a new version of me.
I still get checked for Crohns and still experience mild joint pain, (not as often).
All I do now is try my best to fill my gut with all the stuff that wonât trigger a flare, with a sprinkle of the forbidden foods đ
Years of being sick doesnât change right away but im grateful for ever day I get to be alive.
I love Jesus, my family, bf and friends.
And canât wait to learn about you!
Whatâs your story?
Be wellđ
