What is power? I always loved at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women summits when @pattiesellers would ask this question at the end of each interview on the stage. Over the years I suspect I would have had a variety of different answers to this question. Answers that reflected my ambitious goals perhaps. But today I reflect on that answer differently. What is true power? Being content with who you are and how you show up in this world. Achieving that is perhaps the greatest achievement of all. What is your definition?
