Ayyyyyyyye it’s officially Day 5 of my 5 Day Watermelon only fast and as of this morning I’m down 12lbs in 4 days. I'll update y'all on the total lbs lost tomorrow after I complete today 🍉 For those that are new here I've been really into fasting lately. I’ve done multiple water fast, fruit fast, a few watermelon fast, and I intermittent fast daily! Have you or Would you ever do a watermelon or any other fast? I know fasting isn’t for everyone, but I've learned there are so many great benefits of fasting as it allows our bodies to truly heal themselves! Let me be clear, I’m not fasting for Weightloss. I enjoy fasting because it’s a mental challenge and it makes me feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually! Food addiction is real, food noise is real and I'm glad that food no longer has the same power over me as it once did!
