Been driving back to Phoenix every other weekend from LA the past 3 months for work and today I worked my last 12 hr. shift. Many of us have worked jobs that didn't always value or appreciate what we brought to the table or worked for someone who didn't respect us and our input to making changes for the best, but always stuck it out , because all though we were not treated the way we deserved we loved the community we were helping, and enjoyed the moments we shared with coworkers who thought we were pretty ok😂. All that being said I'm truly grateful for my time at this hospital and the things that I have learned and gone through that have made me a better and stronger version of myself. I've been talking about leaving forever but as we all know, fear is a liar. God has opened some doors that I wasn't expecting and it's time that I trust him and take the leap of faith! So extremely grateful to all my friends and family who have had my back through this whole journey, this literally would not be happening without your love and support🖤!
