I remember in 2017 when MIRROR was in beta, and we filmed content in the back room of an art studio, with a black blanket on the wall behind me, one camera on a stand, and a white board where I wrote the exercises in a fading black marker. I remember we started filming live classes. It was no longer speaking to a void, but real people with real stories for which we as MIRROR trainers would be conduits to their growth, their confidence and strength on the inside and out. .
