Top Time-Lapse Tip for IG Reels ⬇️ Waking up early in Cape Town certainly has its advantages, especially when the CBD has layers of low cloud / fog rolling in and out of the city. So if you’re up for the challenge of getting out of bed early to shoot a sunrise time-lapse, use this one IMPORTANT tip. —— TOP TIME-LAPSE TIP(s) ——• USE A LONG LENS: Shoot on a longer lens rather than wide for a unique perspective. • SHOOT VERTICAL: Most long lenses have a tripod mount on them that can swivel 360° around the lens, so connect that to your tripod and use it flip the camera into VERTICAL. (This allows you to fully utilize the entire sensor for your Reel)• WAKE UP BREW: One of the most important “extras” to take with on a sunrise time-lapse mission is of course, COFFEE.
