Something like this doesn’t feel totally real. I wasn’t even sure 23 years ago what I was meant to do when college just wasn’t for me. As a kid, I just obsessed over magazines with @cindycrawford and music videos of @paulaabdul and thought that was that. I guess that, and restyling Barbie’s hair all those years as a kid wasn’t for nothing. The world of hair styling ended up finally finding me and now here we are. Such a wildly surreal and flattering honor to be in a conversation in this insanely talented industry. To be a part of it and just plain work was massive for me, let alone with people that have inspired me for years. So to be honored with these incredible stylists @hair_sulon @hairbyadir is truly amazing. Thank you @hollywoodbeautyawards for this nomination. My 12 year old self burning Barbie hair on a crimper still doesn’t believe it.
