Having been a fixture of the Southern California coastline since it first opened in 1933, the property is steeped in the history of Hollywood stars gone-by from Charlie Chaplin and Clark Gable to Marilyn Monroe and First Mother Rose Kennedy. Owned by BVLD, the property is undergoing a historically-inspired restoration by London and Los Angeles-based boutique interior architecture and design firm, Fettle.
