Time to switch up a project pan item! I had my @physiciansformula Butter Blowout mascara in the project for a couple months for the prompt “a product you would not repurchase.” Interestingly, I actually found a way to use it that I love! Although, I don’t enjoy it for bolder eye looks because it’s not voluminous enough to make my eyes pop, I found I love it for minimal makeup days when I’d basically just pop on this mascara, clear brow gel, and sometimes a couple dots of concealer. This is actually how I’ve been doing my makeup most days this summer for casual times running errands or going to my bf’s house. I still probably won’t repurchase this mascara but if another one found its way into my life, I’d definitely use it. It’s been open for more than 3 months now, so time to open a new one. My new randomly selected prompt is “a cream product” and I’ve selected my @maccosmetics lipstick in Creme Cup to try and use up half of what’s left. This is the oldest lipstick in my collection and it hasn’t gotten much use! When I first started getting into lip products a few years ago, my idea was to get *ONE* my-lips-but-better shade of lipstick... and somehow I thought this baby pink would be my perfect everyday shade. I’ve since discovered that there are way more flattering shades on my lips, but I’m hoping to develop a new appreciation for this lip product, like I did for the mascara.
