The Best Christmas salad shaped into a pretty wreath and served with the yummiest champagne vinaigrette! I'm telling you just make it! It's easy to make and everyone's going to tell you how pretty it is!🎄✨ Recipe 🎄 Salad- Red & green leaf lettuce - I used about 14 oz 2-3 small cucumbers chopped 2 apples diced 2 pears diced Half a red onion thinly sliced 1 cup of feta cheese 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds Cracked pepper Spiced Candied pecans * recipe below Dressing- 1/2 cup of olive oil 1/3 cup of champagne vinegar 3-4 tosp honey 1.5 tosp Dijon mustard 2 garlic cloves finely minced 1/2 tsp- 3/4 tsp of cracked pepper Add everything together and shake well. I like to use a mason jar with a lid. I make it ahead and store it in the fridge until ready to serve. I think it's even better after it sits and the flavors marinate. Candied pecans- 8 oz of pecans 1 tbsp of butter 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 tsp of cinnamon 1/4 tsp of nutmeg Pinch of salt 2 tbsp water Add everything but your pecans to a pan and heat to medium. Stir ingredients and bring to boil. Once it's boiling add in your pecans and stir continuously. The mixture will start to thicken some. About 3-4 minutes.
