Our Gingerbread Dark Chocolate is the star of every recipe, so we couldn’t let the holidays come and go without sharing another recipe featuring this LIMITED EDITION flavor ❤️🍫 Savor the season of simple with these easy-to-make Gingerbread Truffles ⬇⭐️ Ingredients: 1 Hu Gingerbread Dark Chocolate Bar 4 tbsp coconut cream (the thick cream on the top from a can) 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1/4 c pure maple syrup 1 c almond flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp nutmeg Pinch of sea salt Monk fruit Directions: 〰️ Melt the coconut oil and add in the coconut cream and maple syrup. Mix well. 〰️ Add in almond flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and sea salt. Mix until a dough forms, and place in the fridge for 30-45 minutes to chill. 〰️ Once chilled, melt the chocolate in the microwave or over the stove. 〰️ Roll the dough into 1” balls and carefully dip each one into the melted chocolate with a fork.
