They usually give us a script for events, but going of the top with this one. In 2023 I experienced my first @beardfoundation nomination for Best New Restaurant. I still remember the chills and energy that it brought to the space and the team i feel pretty lucky to have have experienced that same feeling 3 years in a row but even more lucky to see chefs like @o.amosu & @burmalicious_by_suu enjoy their moment and achievements and the new waive of chefs in Houston.
