Good Morning Ladies 🔥 New day New week New opportunities New normal....Choosing happy for ourselves 🔥 We don’t discuss enough or share enough how women’s mental health decreases as slowly but surely through the progression of menopause 😑 No talks about and why what are we ashamed of aging, telling people our age or that maybe we aren’t perfect and need help... Enough with the suffering and the silence...it is normal to feel down, anxious, depressed and not enough when your going through so many physical and emotional changes... How about we cut the bullshit and start helping each other get through this with grace and dignity 🙏 Yes, it is a very different time especially when you start to look different and feel different you will probably start to act differently too and trust me everyone isn’t ready for it not even you 😳 Gentle Reminder: You are going through but, not defined by what’s going on in your life... Youbare defined by how you react to everything going on in your life 🔥 This is temporary and you will get through this! Changes also mean growth and experience gives you awareness 🙏 The hard stuff makes you a strong and opens your eyes the your capabilities. Don’t let fear and doubt cloud your thoughts...use positivity and kindness to engulf your mind so that in a time of chaos you can feel like the calm in the eye of them storm 🦄👑 Never forget change is crucial to growth and you have the power to choose to see the good. You have the voice to ask for help and the ability always bring back the best version of you 🔥 In the hard times I find my happy tools to be essential....moving my body, gratefulness, getting up and getting dressed, putting on my make up listening to my fave music, positive reinforcements daily, friendship and community 🙏 I am rooting for you and believe in the power of women coming together supporting each other and rising together looking feeling and doing our best daily ....Yes We Can!
