Coconut, pineapple, rum and walnuts, blend together seamlessly for your new favourite beverage. Ingredients 🍍 8 oz pineapple juice 🍍 6 oz walnut milk 🍍 4 oz white rum 🍍 1/2 oz lime juice 🍍 5 tablespoons coconut cream 🍍 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 🍍 Toasted California walnuts, fresh mint and pineapple slices (optional toppings) Preparations 🍍 Pour walnut milk and pineapple juice into ice cube trays and freeze until firm. 🍍 Transfer to a blender with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. 🍍 Pour into frozen daiquiri, hurricane or highball glass.
