The only place in the Disneyland Resort you can find the famous Mickey Mouse-shaped gingerbread cookie (normally released during the Christmas season) right now isn’t even in the parks! The Mickey Halloween Gingerbread Skeleton Cookie can be found at the candy case over in the main lobby of the Grand Californian Hotel! This is the same exact gingerbread cookie recipe (per the Cast Member) that they use to make the Christmas season version with the one obvious difference being the frosting design! Unlike the Christmas season release, this Halloween version is only available at the one location - which is great because you don’t need a theme park ticket to scoop one (or more 😉) up!
