Replying to @gmcflurry Pt 5 update! Issues issues issues issues.... I really wanted to show off a working model of the sticker Vending machine, and it works... Kinda 🙃 I have learned that there are two direction of springs (and no the direction doesn't change when you flip it around😅). I have right hand wound and I need left hand wound. Seems like the exact coils may have to be custom made ugh. Some people have asked and as of right now, about 20 stickers fit on every level. I may need to space the springs a little more so that enamel pins can be put in the machine as well. I may have different coils made when sold so the artist gets to choose sticker or enamel springs. The door is in the front because we decided it was too much liability to have it in the back. Store owners would have to constantly move the machine to restock and God forbid they would drop it and damage the machine or sue me💀. We also don’t want anything to prevent the machine from always being stocked! What's worse than an empty vending machine after all? All in all it may take a while longer for it to be ready to sell, but I'm not giving up! Damn if I have to translate instructions to Mandarin and Spanish. I will prevail. I may get a sample made in china after my finals to see how they would make everything. There are so many functions I cannot figure out how they do. At that point I'd take the sample to a local fabricator and see if they can do it. Then I'd decide who to manufacture with based on ability, quality, and price. So that's my update.
