We had this stracciatella dip at a wildly popular waterfront oyster spot in VA and I have not stopped thinking about it since.
So naturally… Mike decided he was going to recreate it from memory. I was skeptical. Then I tasted it. And I swear to you...it tasted EXACTLY the same. Like, close-your-eyes-are-we-back-on-vacation SAME.
