I found the perfect frosty 🥶light blue in the new stunning COLORBLOCK PALETTE by @hudabeauty It is not a powder, it’s a cake liner, you can activate it with a drop of liquid, like bioderma, water, setting spray whatever you want, I love the color and the pigmentation. I’ve used this color like eyeshadow blending first that the application become dry, I think the color works really well.
