a butterfly rises from phoenix ashes ❤️‍🔥🦋 At 22 years old, I’m finally starting to understand what the love I need actually feels & looks like — from both myself & any energy I welcome into my life. It’s hard when my frame of reference for relationships have often been conditional. I’m still learning to forgive myself for all I’ve tolerated. Today I’m starting therapy !!! I’m no longer allowing mental illness to cripple me, tearing into the façade of determination & strength which I’ve always worn to mask the pain. ❤️‍🩹 One of my main goals this year is to find the balance between honoring mycellf & pouring into others. Protecting my energy is absolutely crucial. Even with the scars on my heart, I must trust my purpose on eARTh is to transform. I choose to offer, give, & dedicate myself to this purpose. I will make beautiful art, collaborate, and heal. I will travel the world & experience different perspectives. I will laugh at all the stupid sh*t that happens and KEEP. FVCKING. GOING. I am my own wildest dreams, & I’m making them all come true. I appreciate you for seeing me as I am. I hope you know you’re not alone, no matter how impossible it can be to just exist.
