Art Start is excited to share that we have finally been able to offer a sound proof music studio to our young artists, equipped with the latest industry-standard equipment and software, all due to the generous support of the Hyde and Watson Foundation! With the upgrades to our music studio, we've been able to achieve the following: Thursday open hours: Consistent weekly open studio hours offered to participants to record and produce music without interruption Emerging Mentors: Emerging Artist Samie, while working on his own tracks, began peer mentoring and assisting our audio engineer who were working with other youth. Artists return: We've also witnessed the return of a few of our Emerging artists who are excited by the opportunity to receive one-on-one time with our audio engineer. #ArtStart #ArtSavesLives #Music #Studio
