Readings of works-in-progress by Amalle Dublon, Tenaya Nasser-Frederick, FUNTO, and Christopher Rey Pérez will begin at 7. Come get it while it's hot! 🔥 Poet Tenaya Nasser-Frederick is the author of two chapbooks, Penumbra Highway (Gas Meter, 2018) and Lavender Cats (1080 press, 2020) and the aborted manuscript, In The Realm of The Senses 2. Poems have appeared in the Brooklyn Rail, Castle Greyskull, and EBB. FUNTO is a Nigerian-American writer, performer, and visual artist based in New York. They are a founder and editor of the literary journal ẹwà. They hold an MFA from the Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts at Bard College. Christopher Rey Pérez is a poet from the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. He's the author of gauguin's notebook and the editor of Dolce Stil Criollo, a multilingual publication of art and writing. Reading space is wheelchair accessible and a ramp can be placed to access bar area where bathroom is located. Food will be outside on sidewalk. Masxxx or tests encouraged
