Growing up as a very young child in Bali my life oriented around the beach. In those days double six beach was a mix of tourists and expats and locals selling their wares. The local woman loved to hang out with us as children and we would have our hair braided and play with the necklaces they sold as the sun set beautifully over the west of the island. This series is in homage to those times I spent as a child dreaming of being a fashion photographer and travelling the world. After 20 years I brought the two most influential parts of my life together. My profession and my childhood. These images are a reflection of times past well spent.
