The best show I’ve seen @icalondon for ages. “Penny World” a solo show by artist and poet Penny Goring spanning 30 years. Making work using what can be found at home plays dear to my heart, and all the works (painting, collage, film, sculpture,drawing) together really attest to the power of making. It’s a rollercoaster ride dealing with some pretty heavy subject matter with all the emotions from anger, fear and distress to sadness and joy. Loved it and even better I got to buy both books of poetry to take home with me 💜💜 @penygorig #pennygoring
