As most of you might have seen in the news, Pakistan has been hit with the worst monsoon season in a decade, resulting in devastating floods. Flooding from the highest rainfall in three decades has impacted over 30 million pakistanis and over 1000 people have been killed. Things on the ground are dire and the monsoon season is far from over. This natural disaster has caused immeasurable damage to infrastructure and to the lives of Pakistanis. Most of you may know that I am Pakistani, though some may not. I spent much of my childhood in Pakistan. I humbly ask you all to please donate whatever amount you can. A donation of any size will go a long way in helping those who are left with nothing except the clothes on their backs. Even before these floods, many of those affected lived in dire socioeconomic conditions. What little they had before the floods has now been taken away.
