I can’t event begin to describe the joy this #Brother2Brother trip to Vegas has brought me. We always on some organizing shit and It is so common for us to travel and gather with the boys for work, or for a conference, “retreats” centered around the need for healing from trauma, etc but it is so rare that we ever invest in taking the time to plan a trip just for ourselves, rooted in joy, play, leisure. Shit really hit different and I’m still working on releasing the guilt of doing nice things just for myself. Been working hard af and shit don’t be easy but my spirit is full from these beautiful moments we created together and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and excitement to know this is only the first of many. I met some really amazing brothers on this trip. The amount fathers, like what?! When I tell you possibility models! Getting to meet so many #guyslikeus and having everyone meet each other with such warm and loving embrace and the way we turned up an celebrated each other, it really all felt like movie. Shoutout to the local boys from Vegas for all your hospitality, y’all def my new niggas, and can’t wait till the next link up! Shoutout to my main man @uncleeli who founded this gathering and what will be a growing reunion. You connect the people like no other.
