Everything is vibrations
Energy is vibration and you are vibrating right now too (everything is)
So if you are vibrations (ie not solid form) you also have to power to influence those vibrations and change your frequency.
Mantras are powerful sounds that can help change how you feel about yourself. Low quality thoughts, emotions and feelings cannot exist in a high vibrational field.
Sometimes in Kundalini Yoga we use English mantras and this meditation is one of those. It’s like an affirmation. You can use mantras, English or other language (most of the kundalini mantras are in Gurmukhi, a language that uses the same letters as the Punjabi language but which has different words. It is a sacred language like Sanskrit but not as old as Sanskrit—at least not chronologically), to change how you feel about yourself and to program your subconscious mind, so that it come up with better and more positive, constructive solutions for you.
I invite you to use this meditation (which also works with the breath cycle, lowering it to four breaths or less per minute—this calms the nervous system and changes the brainwaves), whenever you feel sad or “not good enough” to build confidence and heal any wounds around self esteem. It is also very healing for the body, after injury or surgery fx. Or when fighting an illness.
