One thing i’m learning in my walk w/ Christ, is the power of having a teachable spirit. Understanding that you don’t know everything, you’re not always right, and humbling yourself enough to listen to others (whether in authority or not!) is a skill that will help you so much in life. The truth is, you can’t truly follow Christ without having a teachable spirit. Why? Because all you ever do in this walk is LEARN. I had to recognize that there were some things that could use improving in my life, and if I was unwilling to listen to ANYONE that God sent to me then I wouldn’t be able to receive the transformation Jesus had in store for me.
